Accommodation Bookings - you will have the opportunity to book accommodation via the online registration process. The accommodation blocks held for the conference are only available via the online registration process.  It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to Sunday 22 August 2021 to ensure that you receive the negotiated rates. After this date, all remaining rooms will be released and bookings will be subject to hotel availability.

Inclusions - room prices will be GST inclusive, room-only and listed as per room, per night, based on single, twin or double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times - standard check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am. Times may vary between hotels.

Payment & Cancellation - you will need to provide credit card details at the time of booking, during online registration. Cancellation of rooms prior to 22 August 2021 will not incur cancellation fees. However, accommodation cancellations following 22 August 2021 may incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

Any changes to accommodation should be made via the Conference Managers and not directly with the hotel.
